Our Story
We Are Thryve was born from lived experience.
Before launching We Are Thryve, Libby worked across corporate environments and within a family-owned health and social care business – where she became a co-owner and led projects that truly mattered. From championing the Scottish Living Wage to introducing HR systems, policy reform, and wellbeing initiatives, she saw first-hand the difference that great people practices can make.
When the business later faced the challenges of COVID-19 and entered voluntary administration, Libby gained deep insight into what leadership under pressure really means. That experience now shapes how We Are Thryve operates – with empathy, integrity, and a genuine understanding of business realities.
